Hi! Thank you for your interest in participating in the survey on surgical phase classification.

Before you start, we would like to provide a brief overview of the survey structure 📚.

1. The survey consists of a set of multiple choice questions accompanied by corresponding pictures and videos. We ask you to classify the the depicted surgical phase. Further, we ask you to indicate your confidence level related to your choice. Questions are asked in random order.
2. The images and videos are selected from a single anonymized Robot-Assisted Partial Nephrectomy (RAPN) Intuitive Xi™ robotic platform procedure.
3. Throughout the survey, it is possible that a certain phase may reoccur. Likewise, not all procedural phases may necessarily be present in the survey. The phases occur in random order.

The surgical phases are described on the next page. We highly recommend reading the definitions thoroughly before starting the survey ✅.

A few important reminders:

• Your participation is voluntary.
• We don't require personal data (name, gender, email etc.). There is no way to correlate the individual results with your identity.
• You can exit the survey at any point. However, the data will not be stored.
• Individual scores are presented at the end of the questionnaire and only you can visualize them. Individual results will not be made public.
• We suggest answering the questions in a quiet environment to ensure optimal concentration.
• The red asterisk * denotes a mandatory question.
• When the 'Next Question' button is clicked, it is not possible to return to the previous question.
